Maqtha Art District, India
Unlocked the magical world of Maqtha Art District in Hyderbad and got lost in alleyways filled with colour as kids played in the streets. The neighbourhood typifies Hyderbad, a fusion of the old and the new. You can read more about Maqtha in my Atlas Obscura article here.
We spent a day with Prahbu, a rickshaw driver who doubled as our Munnar tour-guide. He picked us up at 8:30am and over the course of the day we explored a spice garden, the 'Top Station' on the border of Tamil Nadu, lakes and dams, and tea-field after tea-field.
